描述

碰上了在issue#515中类似的问题，bug造成内核崩溃，导致GUI在后台留下两个进程，用任务管理器结束后由于bug重新打开没有反应（只留下两个GUI进程，内核进程过段时间闪退）。
需求：在内核崩溃后仍能打开GUI，在GUI界面加个提示，快速打开日志之类的功能？
