Ask for confirmation before adding a third party repo

Describe your suggested feature

Currently there is no confirmation when adding a third party repo which might be a security risk as you might unknowingly add a repo (this is compounded by the fact that repo screen doesn't open while you are in the reader) this might lead to instaling extensions from this repo without knowing as there is no way to tell which repo you are installing a extension from.
