Failed to install on Blender 4.0.2

Hi, I'm on Blender 4.0.2 and I failed to install DragAndDropSupport-v3.0.0-alpha.4.zip.
is that the wrong file or did I mess up the installation process?
Steps to reproduce:
-1. I Downloaded Installation Archive from GitHub Releases
-2. I Opened the Preferences window and selected Add-ons tab
-3. I Pressed Install button, selected drag-and-drop-support.zip and selected Install Add-on

-4. I Selected Community tab to enable Import: Drag and Drop Support but no addon was found.

I restarted blender after installing to no success, the addon does not show up in Add-ons, Community or Official.
it is my first time installing so no prior DLL is stored in memory.
