How do you make the reverse process?

I have tested it and works well! However, I would also be interested in knowing how to do to obtain a gdf from a graph dataset. I have proved some functions to write a csv but they give me problems when the dataset is too large. Thank you!

I understand you correctly that you have an igraph graph in R and you wish to write it to a gdf file? Should certainly be possible -- the gdf-files are plain text and similar to csv, but have certain different structural elements. I can try when/if I get the time
