Figure out volume

Do we set the player to max volume? Should we allow user to control volume? That needs some styling. I'd prefer just leaving it at a default because I'm lazy, but I know volumes are inconsistent across episodes, so making that configurable seems helpful.

As a user I'd want to be able to control the volume of the player, and we should probably leave a little headroom, maybe default it to like 80-90%?
