for "Gene segment usage" --family-usage along with its description is mentioned 2 times;
-f is in the "Gene segment usage" command line options but missing in the description

-f is in the "Overlap postanalysis" command line options but missing in the description

"Command line options" heading in the table of contents is here but here (and here with toc itself) is not.
