<select> or something else to choose language in Min

👋Hello!

I want to suggest an idea.
I think, that it is cool, if in settings there is a select tag (or smth else) , that allows users to choose their language.
There are advantages of this function:
1) Min becomes more customizable.
2) Localization json files are more easy to test.
3) It brings more comfort for users, which live in countries with more than 1 official language, like mine. For example, my computer default language is Russian, but my browsers and IDE's have English languages and my messengers use Belarussian langugage.
