Plugin causes gradle errors on composite build projects with ForgeGradle

Currently working with a composite build setup involving a root project, in which ForgeGradle is not present, and a dependency project (among several others) in which ForgeGradle is. It is worth noting that this is a gradle composite build, not a single project with subprojects. Attempting to refresh gradle with the MCDev plugin present leads to a gradle error (IntelliJ error log attached), which is not present when the plugin is not applied. The plugin attempts to force execution of the createMcpToSrg task in the base project which only exists in the included builds.
