Is there a way to modify the entry_frequency determination?

I migrated from NewsBlur to Miniflux yesterday (using it with its very well-thought user interface has already calmed my mind - thank you @fguillot :-)), and I wonder how entry_frequency works.

A specific example: The Deutschlandfunk feed is being updated every ten minutes (according to the source code) - as I write this, the source says:

<pubDate>Mon, 11 Nov 2024 03:39:01 +0100</pubDate>
<lastBuildDate>Mon, 11 Nov 2024 03:50:53 +0100</lastBuildDate>

I assume that the Deutschlandfunk is doing something weird with its infrastructure. Anyway, NewsBlur (I know that that's a quite different software from Miniflux, and I don't expect Miniflux to work like it, but I wonder what happens here) pushed an update to its web interface every minute or so. Miniflux, with entry_frequency being set as the default scheduler, has decided that once an hour is just fine.

Is that expected behavior? Can I, somehow, tell Miniflux to just poll this one feed every minute, despite its entries having faux change dates?
