The test suite makes enough api calls to trigger the new RateLimitExceeded exception being raised.

Test suite should probably combine testing against local data with live api calls in order to reduce the load on comicvine.

I'm sorry, I know this project needs a lot more love. But currently I do not have the time for this. If you have a PR I can merge it.
