Office Add-In that is developed at the ESPC15 Hackathon. "Make-a-joke" inserts a random Chuck Norris joke. The jokes come from the The Internet Chuck Norris Database

BTW, the name of the project is KULTAR (/kuldar/) follows the same theme as other parts of this bigger project - Chuvash words. KULTAR means "Make me laugh".
