Conferences on media.ccc.de often have .svg cover images: https://static.media.ccc.de/media/regional/c4/openchaos/c4-logo.svg

Currently, Miru only logs a "severe" warning:

Miru SEVERE 2024-11-21 15:32:50.794130: Bad state: Failed to load https://static.media.ccc.de/media/regional/c4/openchaos/c4-logo.svg.

It would be nice if Miru would support .svgs URLs in ListItem.cover.
