When a PR would have a single commit, the commit body is included in the PR body in the editor - both on GitHub.com and with hub pull-request.
When a repository has a PR template, the PR template is included in the PR body in the editor - both on GitHub.com and with hub pull-request.
However, when a PR has a single commit and the repository has a PR template, then GitHub.com puts the commit message at the top and then the template, while hub pull-request puts the template first and the commit body second.
Could hub pull-request exactly replicate GitHub.com behaviour? Thanks!
