1、非全日制硕士，只要是双证，学信网可查，就是国家承认学历
2、能否考公，要看具体的招考公告以及具体岗位，是否有明确说明，有的就会写明“全日制”学历
3、有一个关键环节，是用人单位的资格审查，这个环节如果能通过，一般就可以。
