I would like to provide something similar to workflow to make it easier to handle more than one task.

Different from celery / machinery, that

the evaluation of task return values
and trigger of next task

are happened @ worker side, I would like to provide something similar to channels that evaluation / trigger happened @ caller side.

pro: easier to track the progress, debug
con: maybe slower, because need to wait for reports sent to worker side.
