Summary

ドライブのファイル単位の画面で、ループ再生の on/off を選択できるようにしたいです。
ノートを作成 / センシティブ設定 の間あたりだと手軽だと思います。
画像の場合は設定を出しません。（GIFはファイル自体にループの可否や回数が含まれます）

バックエンドでは DriveFile の isSensitive 付近に boolean で追加、
フロントエンドでは MkMediaBanner, MkMediaVideo のタグの属性に loop を足すかどうかの分岐になります。

Purpose

BGMやショートアニメを投稿する際に、創作者が感じるストレス
（ループで見せたいが、GIFだと低画質だし音が出ない、変換も面倒）を減らせると思います。
