投稿フォームへのURL貼り付けによる引用が下書きに保存されない

💡 Summary

投稿フォームにノートのURLを貼り付け、そのノートを引用するようにしてから投稿フォームを閉じると、再度開いたときには引用指定が無くなっています

#13714 と同じようにすれば修正出来る…?

開き直したら引用が残っている

開き直すと引用が消える(再指定が必要)

1. 投稿フォームにノートのURLを貼り、引用出来る状態にする
2. 投稿フォームを閉じる
3. 投稿フォームを開く
