Correct mention that L / R are not used by cores (`l` is used by fpgagen, see https://github.com/mist-devel/mist-binaries/issues/86)
Remove mention that a 8 bit core is needed to create a custom mapping. This can be done with a 16 bit core as well (fpagen as an example)
Remove mention that cores only use the first 8 buttons of the virtual gamepad (for instance fpgagen uses the `l` shoulder button of the virtual gamepad to map it to a `z1 button in fpagen)
Explain VID/PID meaning and use of `lsusb` on Linux to show those values for a connected gamepad.
