As a user of the ATT&CK Navigator, I want the UI to be as readable as possible at all times.

The underscore that occurs when a comment is present can obscure the sub-technique count subscript, especially when the text is white due to a dark background:

We should remove the comment underscore from the subscript so that the underscore only applies to the technique name itself.
