When I gave it a full URL of dbGaP s3 bucket it blocked me because I don't have login credentials. Full URL seems to be the only way to connect from outside of amazon network. Fusera won't find thee location when not running on AWS. Anyone found a way? .ngc filles are useless in my screnario. You can mount public buckets with awscli but not dbGaP.
