api version and access token and authenticate

Hi,

your scafffold_api generated view is great,

but i want to know as that was using api/v1

what if we need to generate again api as v2

and how this api will be authenticate by another api user
and how to token session etc.

if you could elaborate in detail in doc kind of here,
would be great.
