Mixxx jumps to the start of the track when pressing play.
I can however scratch into the prerole.

This was tested with Mixxx 2.3 beta and 2.4 alpha.

It is a regression since 2.2, but I am not sure when this happens.

I think quantize play should be possible when being short before the first beat.

Ah, got it. This is a known regression from #2710.
Did not remember when filing this bug.

A complete fix is in progress.
