Additional orange border around Play/Pause button at 150% zoom

Bug Description

If I use the default Windows 11 zoom of 150% I see this additional orange border arround the Play/Pause button:

Other buttons are not affected.

100%zoom looks good:

200% shows only single orange pixels in the corners of the button:

This appears with both 2.4 and #12407

Seems to be a rounding issue. Couldn't fix it by increasing the margin or border radius (which should actually make the sharp corners disappear). 🤷
Other buttons are rendered differently, depending on their position:
