Download the files below.
Save the files into:

Windows: C:\Program Files\Mixxx\midi (technically %PROGRAMFILES%\Mixxx\midi)
OS X: /Applications/Mixxx.app/Contents/Resources/midi
Linux: /usr[/local]/share/mixxx/midi
