Svelte can build framework agnostic component. If I use a tool to create this player, Svelte is the best and only selection.

pros

Minimal overhead
It is easier to make a component with Svelte than without any tools
Svelte is a good tool to build a component that can be mounted as new Component({ target, props }).

cons

This player has been created by vanilla-js already.
No dependency is beautiful.
Svelte does not have render function to render dynamic SVG elements.
Proposal: dynamic elements <svelte:element> sveltejs/svelte#2324

standard interface of createElement: m('tag', { ...attrs }, [ ...children ])

cons

SVG elements are not supported currently
=> createElementNS is not used
