Add a plugin that bags a paged content object and all of its pages

This should be straight forward if:

• Bagger can get a list of all children via REST
• we can decide how we want the children and their associated metadata files to be arranged within the Bag, e.g., each child in its own subfolder (image and metadata) or all files in the data directory paired up with a filenaming convention.
