Set scl_slope to 1.0 with --one-padding; additional feature in existing flag which sets makes some unused Nifti fields nonzero.
Add --prefer-json or -J to use JSON for structured console output like -D. Note that -J remains backwards-compatible as a deprecated synonym for the default index type -I json.
