CCK2 - add "Allow for the session" option for cookies #99

Hi, in the Permission Page I can allow or block certain cookies, but there's no "Allow for the session" option.

You could add it and it's easy: it's sufficient to give it the value '8' in the "permissions" array in cck2.js
