Model request (Aya-23)

Hi guys, you've done a fantastic thing!

We (the world over) would appreciate adding the model Aya-23:
https://huggingface.co/CohereForAI/aya-23-8B

It is the only model who truly is multilingual - which opens up many parts of the world to the revolution, even if English isn't spoken in these parts. The model also has a 35B version, and is available on Ollama, if that helps by any chance.

Following pr #2603, MasterJH5574 merged commit c357be9 into mlc-ai:main 2 weeks ago.

When can we see this model in the models list? Or, is there something more that we need to do to start working with the aya-23 model?
