Trying to fmap over a functor containing a 2-tuple, or any 2 element record, raises the Representation exception #1

For example: IdH.out (Functor.&(functorId()) #fmap (fn x => x) (IdH.into (Id (1,2)))) or equivalently, OptionH.out (Functor.&(functorOption()) #fmap (fn x => x) (OptionH.into (SOME (1,2))))
