help documentation needs updating (badly!)

With documentation in multiple places and no up-to-date source for the ESIP COR deployment, we need to get the documentation updated as soon as possible, and have internal references be consistent.

To facilitate things moving forward I just did the following:

• Now, any push to https://github.com/mmisw/mmiorr-docs will trigger the automatic generation of the documentation with destination at http://mmisw.org/orrdoc/
• I just added you as collaborator to https://github.com/mmisw/mmiorr-docs to make sure you have all privileges there, in particular to be able to commit and push changes to the master branch there. You can give the above a try by just making and committing any change in the mmiorr-docs repo. Within a few moments you can then reload http://mmisw.org/orrdoc/ and should see the update reflected.
• BTW, this "magic" is done through a tool I'd developed a few months ago, which I'm now hosting at https://github.com/carueda/docwebhook
• Soon I will update the Help link in the ORR to point to http://mmisw.org/orrdoc/ (instead of the current https://mmisw.github.io/mmiorr-docs/, which uses a less flexible mechanism for the generation).

A) Verified it works. Bloody awesome! (I must check out docwebhook!)
B) What are we documenting at mmisw.org/orrdochttp://mmisw.org/orrdoc -- version 2, version 3, or both?
C) Is soon, like, the next day or two (to update the Help link)?
D) If the answer to B is version 3 or both, don't we want to update the Help link in COR too?

• Let's focus only on v3!
• Yes, I was actually referring to the ORR instance at COR ; )
• But the idea is that we should update the instance at mmisw also to v3 within a few weeks timeframe. I already mentioned this to Nonong, in particular because (although not strictly required) it would be good to also use docker for the deployment at mmisw. And this will require an upgrade of that machine to CentOS 7.
