Invalid SAML Assertion error when listing roles #63

When attempting to use the --list-roles or -l option with SAML, and "invalid saml assertion" error is seen after the initial authentication. Removing the cache file for the STS role credentials seems to make things work again ... once ... but further attempts result in the same error.

ensure we have a SAML assertion before checking for roles

fixed in 345be06
release in 3.0.3
