Add playstation .psf files support.

Currently, for .psf playback, there is no clean crossplatform solution to features like speed control, channel mixer and spectogram with overlay pianoroll.

This Javascript library does seem to support PSF, would be great to make use of it: https://github.com/Thysbelon/Web-Chiptune-Player

Keep in mind that playing PSF isn't as easy as other formats, it requires soundfont files specific for the game, because PSF isn't as portable as other format.

I'm pretty ignorant about PSF and Playstation games in general - never owned one.
Can you guys provide some examples of Playstation games with great sequenced music? (Not CD/streamed audio.)

Sure, go to psf.joshw, it has 100% of PSF, at great resource for retro stuffs: https://psf.joshw.info/

This is cool, I want to support PSF. However, I need some way to distinguish between streamed (.xa) and sequenced (.psflib/.minipsf) without downloading the archive.
Is there any list of PS games using sequenced music, or any other way to tell?
