PSS-680 User Banks correspond to PC values 100-104

I think this means that in portasound.js (https://github.com/mmontag/portasound-js/blob/master/src/portasound.js#L776) it should be sending 100+bankNum in the Program Change message (or maybe not attempting a PC at all)?

I don't know if that is specific just to the PSS-680 though, but it seems to make it quite difficult to try the editor as it keeps changing back to one of voice/patch 0-4 on use.

Thanks for reporting this. I don't have a PSS-680, so it's hard to test.
