Want to restore SST and SSS to the docn values passed to the mediator in our A compset run (this is the SST used to compute sensible heat flux, and we want to restore because of discrepencies between SST and sensible)

I should start by making sure I have a good write-up (wiki somewhere?) of how to generate the A compset output
