I think we have only ported "default" for now. We are still missing parallel from the original Docco. Is that correct?
It would be nice to actually complete this -- I think we only really want parallel, plain and default.

OK, so this is the status:

  • default and plain are done
  • parallel and classic are "plain ports" of the existing Docco templates -- I just changed <%= to <%- as per EJS standards.

I am not sure we need "classic" and "parallel' since they are both... "parallel". However, at least now "everything works".
