I've made a PR to bump chokidar v4. It drops 12 dependencies and has better types.

It drops 12 dependencies and has better types.

Dependencies are updated as we go. Issues can of course be raised if there are special needs such as bugs etc. This is not a special need.

So: Closing, we will update dependencies together with Mocha 11, #5216, no need for separate PR:s.
