Issues on Windows with multiple monitors

On Windows, using the color picker on dual screen setups with different resolutions causes issues (I have not had a chance to test screens with the same resolution).

On one or both screens, the "magnifying glass" to pick the color is offset and the content does not match the position at all.

Steps to reproduce:

• Run color picker on computer with multiple screens of different resolutions
• Notice the offset on one of the screens
