Chow Centaur on linux x86_64 gliches in neural mode. Traditional mode seems work fine, but the neural mode produces noise and oscillator like noise when tweaking the gain knob.

you can find the switch for neural mode in the pedal settings menu, by pressing the little gearwheel icon. The neural mode is still broken, I was able to reproduce the same problem with 0.0.7. Switch on neural mode and tweak the gain knob, glitchy noise appears.
I have the same issue on my machine; however, I think it might not be MOD Desktop issue, because it behaved the same when I used it as a standalone LV2 plugin in Ardour. I did use the version that comes with MOD Desktop though.
