Configuration to use nicknames in channel names. #3112

Having usernames in the channel names make it tough to identify members who go by a nickname.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like for there to be a configuration option which determines whether channel names should prioritise members' nicknames (falling back to their username for the channel name if they don't have a nickname). There should also be another configuration option to choose which server's nickname is prioritised for those who're using ModMail with a multiple server setup.

Who will this benefit?
This would probably be the most beneficial to people using ModMail in large servers, as we're usually identifying members by their nickname.
