Multiple visual issues with cookie notice

Describe the bug

I installed opened the app for the first time on my Mac and the cookie notice appeared in the bottom right. There are 2 disagree buttons, one of which is covering the header along with the close button, there are 2 scroll bars (should ideally be 0), there is a white gradient instead of a dark gradient, the button text casings are inconsistent, the colours don't match the brand colours, I could go on. I presume this notice is sourced from a third party, although even then it shouldn't be sized this badly. Sizing up the app via corner dragging doesn't change the size of the notice.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the Modrinth app on a MacOS instance that has never had it before.
2. Open the app.
3. Observe the bottom right notice.

Expected behavior

The notice is properly formatted, pops out, is consistent with the rest of the app, etc.
