The Problem

Discord now no longer has permanent image links. When people include those in their bug report the images disappear after a while, occasionally leading the images to disappear from the bug report without anyone noticing; see for example MC-274313.

Possible Solution

Arisa could download the images from discord, attach them to the bug report and replace them in the issue description.

Unsure whether this should happen for comments too. At the very least there should be a limit on how many files Arisa can upload this way to prevent abuse.
