Describe the bug
The organizations page does not show anything on a certain period because there is not data of it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://www.moklet.org/organisasi/2024-2025

Expected behavior
It should be showing the latest period with organizations data in it
