Motivation:
Running Armadillo needs some plumbing and we think it can be more self contained by using defaults and ask while running for more info
Demo:
Having Docker and Java download the jar file and follow the UI steps to reconfigure Armadillo
Acceptance criteria:
considerations for implementation
