As Armadillo datamanager I want seed for my profile to be set automatically

Motivation:
When not setting a seed, all kinds of issues appear, sometimes with unclear error messages
Demo:
When not setting a seed, a random, non existing seed will be assigned automatically
Acceptance criteria:
Backend should do this
