Still shows reminders that deleting and editing messages won't do anything for people using older versions of Signal despite these features being very old and those versions of Signal will have expired (after setting up on new device) #382

Feature description

I'm guessing this is also a Signal issue but it's not convenient for me to test it so I made the issue here instead since I use Molly
