Is there an existing request for this?

Feature description

When one starts for the first time a conversation, after having completed the "human" procedure, the previously sent messages are not sent.

This leads to the false perception that one has actually sent something, but that something will never arrive at its destination (before procedure).

To avoid this issue and make this procedure more efficient, there should be a big button inside a chat when one starts a new chat.
Something like:

"To start a chat overcome the human procedure" Click on it. Terminated this procedure you will able to receive/transmit mssages with the recipient.

When the "human" procedure is not yet overcame, the text field and the attachment button should not be accessible.
