Display LFS incremental counter during operations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

LFS doesn't provide much output in terms of progress, it does provide a file counter, but when it goes to check every pointer, a person not familiar with the process may think the script is no longer working, and that's besides the fact we do provide an indicator that the script is still running.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to see the counter so people can track progress. We should also provide messaging around the fact that after 100% upload that processes are still running.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We could likely reduce timing by pushing the default branch first and then pushing other branches. This would reduce pauses, possibly speed up the migration, and provide the user feedback during the process.
