Create a gitpod organisation with repository settings to configure env variable

Current behaviour: Each member when creating gitpod should get aws keys.

Expected behaviour: Gitpod recently release gitpod repository settings that allows to create setting that will be hsare by all memebers of an orga for a repo. As it supports env variable, it will allow to not add at each creation aws keys beacuase there will be set one time; there are other benefits we can use but need to check
