Named like "Monitoring-Tools Enhancement Proposals". based on Markdown files send via Pull-Requests to the Repo and accepted PRs
Just like OpenTelemetry Enhancement Proposals

Sorry for not answering for so long. Sounds like an interesting idea althoug I worry it might be to much overhead for now. I would naively wait if/when this actually becomes a problem, which it probably won't until this receives more attention.

But feel free to suggest/implement a concrete process.
